We are the leading manufacturer and exporter of Industrial Magnet, Bonded Permanent Magnets, Sensor Magnet, Flexible Magnetic Sheet, Magnetic Labels, Magnetic Strips And Tapes etc. These components are widely demanded due to superior performance, high efficiency, long life & dimensional accuracy.
The manufacturing facility to produce plastic bonded permanent magnets will continue as it is. MTI has its own Quality Assurance Laboratory comprising, inter alia, permagraph (B-H curve tracer), computerized measurement devices to measure magnetic surface induction and flux densities in plain and round magnets at different air gaps.
With the set-up of our new plant here in Pune, India in 1991 we can provide specific customer (order customized) solutions. The excellent quality and outstanding piece-to-piece uniformity of our production comply with highest international standards. From idea to serial production stage, the magnets are developed by Research & Development, Design & Engineering and Quality Assurance in close cooperation with our customers and in accordance with their specifications and requirements.

•Aim: To establish Magnaplast Technologies India Private Limited as a one stop solution provider for all magnets related products & assembly in the next five years, for all the in house manufacturer bonded magnets & value addition by Quality Certification for outsource sindered and calendared magnets
•Vision: To achieve 100 PPM by 2010 and single digit PPM levels of rejection by 2011 by adopting Total Quality Management Practices.
