We have state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities, which are spread over 20000 sq ft and have a monthly production capacity of 40 tons of extruded magnets and 5 tons of injection moulded magnets. Our establishment comprises of various subunits such as:

We ensure that our unit is equipped with technologically advanced machinery that enhances our production quality and capacity. Some of the machines used at our manufacturing unit:

• High Speed Extruders (imported from Germany)
• Arburg injection moulding machine.
• Milacron injection moulding machine

Our products are designed as well as tested using latest CAD/CAM software. We use superior quality raw materials for our entire range of magnets from genuine global vendors such as:

• Du Pont, USA
• TODA, Japan
• Magnaquench, Canada

We package our products in corrugate/wooden boxes to ensure that magnetic property of our products is maintained during delivery phase.
